Terms of Service

kursi.lol is a public promotional leaderboard. Anyone can list a product by placing a paid bid; bids determine the order of listings on the board. A bid buys promotional placement only. It is not an auction, a contest, a lottery or gambling · there are no prizes, winnings or payouts of any kind.

You are responsible for the content of your listing (name, tagline, description and destination URL) and must have the right to promote it. Listings are reviewed and the board is moderated per the Rules. We may reject, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are illegal, misleading, infringing or harmful. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Bids start at ₹49 and are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). Every successful bid adds to a listing's cumulative total and never expires; rank is determined by total, with ties going to the listing that paid first.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including when your listing is outbid, edited or removed for breaking the rules. A GST invoice is provided for paid bids.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted availability, or any business outcome · clicks, signups, sales or otherwise · from holding any rank on the board.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kursi.lol and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms or the board rules from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
