Privacy Policy

• Listing details · the URL or handle, name, tagline, description and category you submit. These are public by design: that is the board.
• Email addresses · the email you use to claim a listing (verified via a magic link) and the email you give at checkout, used for payment confirmation and your GST invoice. Emails are never shown publicly.
• Payment records · bid amounts and payment references from our payment provider. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Dodo Payments · we never see or store them.
• Click counts · when someone clicks a listing we count the click.
• Analytics · we use Google Analytics and DataFast to understand traffic and which marketing channels bring paying visitors. DataFast sets a first-party visitor cookie; when you place a bid, its visitor id is attached to the payment so we can attribute revenue to a channel. We do not sell this data or use it for ads.

To run the board: rank listings by their bid totals, verify ownership of claimed listings, send payment confirmations and invoices, show aggregate stats (totals, bid counts, clicks), and moderate the board. That is the whole list.

Only the services needed to operate: Dodo Payments (payment processing), our email provider (magic links and receipts), and our analytics providers (Google Analytics and DataFast). We never sell or rent your data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Listing and payment records are kept as long as the board exists · bids are cumulative and never expire, so their history is the product. Expired magic-link tokens are single-use and short-lived.

Want your listing edited or taken down, or your data corrected or deleted? Email support@kursi.lol from the address on the listing and we will sort it out. Note that payment records may need to be retained for tax and accounting reasons.
